Reserve Your Spot
Because Carl and ‘Chelle’s is such a small location, diners must make reservations for one of the seats. Sunday and Monday, the steakhouse is closed. Tuesday through Thursday, you can reserve your table for dinner seating between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. On Friday, you can visit for lunch from 11:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and again for dinner seating. Finally, Saturday hours are from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Of course, they also close for some holidays, so you’ll need to call for that reservation.

Since 2011, Carl and ‘Chelle’s Grill Room has offered premium service and a premium menu. Your server will bring out Certified Angus Beef® and help you select the cut you prefer. Then, let your server know the temperature you like and which sides. The chefs will prepare your steak precisely to your order.
