The Schedule

This season offers a full slate of games. The Panthers will play a 17-game schedule, including eight in the friendly confines of the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The first game on Sept. 12 resulted in a 19-14 victory over the New York Jets at home. Week two’s game is also a home affair, this time with fellow division foe New Orleans. The team then heads out on the road for a pair of contests, first against Houston on Sept. 26, followed by an Oct. 3 tilt at Dallas. It’s then back at home for two games on Oct. 10 and 17 against Philadelphia and Minnesota, respectively.

A trip to New York to face the Giants on Oct. 24 and a road clash with Atlanta on Halloween round out October. The Panthers take on six-time Super Bowl champion New England on Nov. 7 and then head back on the road at Arizona on Nov. 14. The Washington Football Team visits the Bank of America Stadium on Nov. 21, followed by a game at Miami on Nov. 28.

After a week 13 bye, the Panthers will host Atlanta on Dec. 12. Next up is a game at Buffalo and then a day-after-Christmas visit from defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay and legendary quarterback Tom Brady. The season concludes with two road games: at New Orleans on Jan. 2 and at Tampa Bay on Jan. 9 to face the Buccaneers again.
