The Goldsboro Golf Course was built in 1941. Renovations in 1999 completely revamped the course, adding to its functionality and beauty. This PGA Family Course has everything going for it, including a full-service pro shop and an extensive driving range. It also has a chipping green, so practice can make perfect. The Goldsboro Golf Course features “Champion” Bermuda greens and offers youth and senior rates. In addition, young golfers under the age of eight can golf free with a parent or guardian. The Goldsboro Parks and Recreation Department operates this golf   course.

The Walnut Creek Country Club

The Walnut Creek Country Club is a hidden gem. It features a championship, 18-hole golf course for its members and guests. But don’t avoid the course if you’re not yet a champion. You’ll enjoy your experience on the green, no matter your skill level. Walnut Creek’s golf course offers private lessons and a full-service pro shop. The Three Eagles Golf Course

Since 1959, the Three Eagles Golf Course, located on Johnson Air Force Base, has offered a challenging play. Members of the military can access the course. Meanwhile, civilians should call the pro shop to find out if they can arrange a pass for play. Three Eagles offers some unique features, including four sets of tees so you can start based on your skill level. In addition, “postage stamp” greens and three par 3s in four holes deliver a different play than many other golf courses.
